DNC with CNC Machine monitoring called SHOPlink
DNC
with integrated Machine monitoring. Antech announces DNC 9.5 with integrated machine
monitoring. This newest software has all capabilities of DNC for managing large
nos of part management in high tech cnc shops. It includes simultaneous communication
upto 24 CNCs, block by block transfer of data, facility of starting from the same
point in case of power failure, Graphics simulation and BTR-RE93 compatible for
old NC/CNC machines. It comes with accessories like optical isolators, intelligent
8 port controller card, wire less nodes, Ethernet to serial convertors and line
drivers. This newest version comes with integrated CNC SRT and production cycle
monitoring. It collects online data from CNC and displays various important graphs
like production counts, SRT analysis, Non SRT data and OEE-Overall equipment efficiency.
Multiple CNC can be connected to DNC for monitoring, reducing extra cable cost
required for machine monitoring. This concept is well appreciated by various Engg
companies like Godrej, ASB, Bajaj, Sandvik ,BHEL etc.
