Wheels India is promoted by the TVS Group and was started in the early 60's to manufacture automobile wheels. Sandvik smith asia Ltd, Hyderabad looked at Sandvik,Pune success about DNC. Discussed their setup and future plans. Antech recommended ethrenet based DNC and 22 CNC machines now are connected to antech DNC.

The Godrej Toolroom is one of the largest and most sophisticated tool rooms in India. Established in 1935, they have grown to become one of the most organized and professionally managed tool room facilities capable of handling any challenge in design, manufacture and testing of any kind of tool.

They were having 13 CNC machines with FANUC 6M controls and there is no drift mode facility so that CAD CAM programs can not be run on the same in one go. Proposal for retrofitting these machines was under discussions. Cost was tune to Rs. 1.3 croes. When this was discussed with antech engineers BTR RE93 DNC was offered. Price was unbelievable almost 10 times less. Installed on single CNC and found good results. Later was installed on other machines as well saving about Rs.1.2 crores. Due to simultaneous communication all individual PCs were removed resulting further saving.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) came into existence on 1st October 1964. The Company was formed by the merger of Hindustan Aircraft Limited with Aeronautics India Limited and Aircraft Manufacturing Depot, Kanpur.

HAL having long term partnership with Antech for DNC. Almost all production units of HAL is antech DNC customer. HAL hyderabad unit was having CNC with FANUC 6M controls. There were several options to run this machines in DNC mode ie drift feed. All option were tried out and did not work as desired. At last Antech showed BTR-DNC and HAL authorities seen the wonderful performance of the same. BTR -DNC was installed with 16 port DNC controller.

Circuit Systems (India) Limited -CSIL is a one-stop source for total PCB manufacturing/designing requirements

Having a state of art equipmenst for PCB manufacturing. Has nos of CNC PCB drilling machines. Most of them are S&M and Excellon. Some excellon machines are with Executable tape for system software loading. BTR-RE93 was used along with DNC and connected their all CNC drill machines and routers as well. Now it is a single source for transferring programs to CNC.
