Inspiration from LordGanesh	This God of knowledge and the remover of obstacles is also the older son of Lord Shiva. Lord Ganesha is also called Vinayak ( knowledgeable ) or Vighneshwer (god to remove obstacles). He is worshipped, or at least remembered, in the beginning of any auspicious performance for blessings and auspiciousness.

	He has four hands, elephant's head and a big belly. His vehicle is a tiny mouse. In his hands he carries a rope (to carry devotees to the truth), an axe (to cut devotees' attachments), and a sweet dessert ball -laddoo- (to reward devotees for spiritual activity). His fourth hand's palm is always extended to bless people.
	A unique combination of his elephant-like head and a quick moving tiny mouse vehicle represents tremendous wisdom, intellegence, and presence of mind.
	Lord Ganeshjee's big head inspires us to think big and think profitably; the big ears prompts us to listen patiently to new ideas and suggestions; the narrow eyes points to deep concentration needed to finish tasks in hand well and quickly; the long nose tells us to poke around inquisitively to learn more; and small mouth reminds us to speak less and listen more.

Antech the Beginning	Antech started with the training services to CNC wire EDM users in the year 1989. Since the beginning we listen to customer's suggestions carefully developed PC-CNC communication utility for our esteemed customer M/s Sumax precision, Pune. It was converted to a product DNC and over a period of time developed many add ons and related equipments like BTR-RE93 etc.

Team Antech

Anant Tikone

An Electronic engineer worked in leading machine tool company for 3.5 years. He started Antech in 1988 and has now 17 years experience in running Business by executing Projects in Hardware & Software. He is expert in CNC Wire EDM Technology & Complex algorithm development. He is a Managing Director, heads R&D and Business Development team.

1988	- Started Antech Services aiming at training to CNC Wire EDM users.
1989	- Developed DNC Software with block by block facility.
1991	- Developed CADlink Software - NC programming Software for CNC Wire EDM.
1992	- Electronic tape reader emulator RE92 was development in technical association with MAEP Dept of Electronics, Government. of India.
1993	- RE92 was upgraded to RE93.
1995	- Antech services converted into Antech Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd.
1996	- Full fledged R&D established.
1997	- Various Software like GMS / MMS factory link were developed.
1998	- Tied up with SDRC for selling their SmartCAM & I-deas suite of products.
1999	- Training Centre started in the field of CAD/CAM/CAE.

Rajesh Deshpande

A Mechanical engineer worked with ABB & Crompton Greaves for 16 years. He has now 5 years of experience in running Business of CAD/CAM Training, execution of Projects & Business Development. He is Master in CNC Turret Punch Press Technology & CNC Training. He helps our R&D team towards betterment of programming Software. He trains the trainers in management & is being invited by various companies for sharing his views in new management techniques.

Rajesh Deshpande and Avinash Tikone joined the team antech.

Avinash Tikone

A Computer engineer worked with Antech as a field engineer for 5 years. Now he is running a Project Centre at Chinchwad, Pune & has 5 years of running Business by executing Projects, Training & Business Development. He is Master in Computer Hardware and Networking.

2000	- All India franchisees program for setting up CAD/CAM Centres launched.
2001	- FIE foundation award is received for outstanding achievement in development of CADlink.
	- Training & Services in e-CAD started.
2002	- Product SPC-Link developed. Factory Link Software developed.
2003	- Tied up with Government Polytechnic Pune, for conducting C - Technology Courses
2004	- CADlink with Solid edge launched.
2005	- Training and search center for Embedded technology established in collaboration with
	Government Polytechnic,Pune
2006	- DNC Integrated with machine monitoring developed
	- Ambitious plan of revenue growth and operational excellence made.
	- Declared 2006 year as Parivartan year (Change of Mind)
